1. Paperplay Productions can work with any budget! Some bridal consultants only take weddings with a budget minimum or will spend more time on clients with an “open checkbook” budget. Paperplay Productions has worked on small and intimate weddings with budgets of only $8,000 up to large affairs with budgets exceeding $100,000. Every client is important, no matter what the budget is for the event. 2. We have experience! Wedding planning is an often “over-glamourized” career. Many new consultants show up in the Phoenix market every year and often vanish just as quickly as they showed up. Wedding planning and coordination takes a lot of time, thought, research, networking and skill. It requires a vast knowledge of the wedding professionals in your community and also requires organizational and time management skills. Paperplay Productions has been a part of over 100 weddings here in the valley and each of those weddings allows for more experience to make your event the best it can be! 3. We don’t take kickbacks or commission from vendors! Paperplay Productions is a member of ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) and to be a member, you are to abide by a strict code of ethics. This includes not accepting any financial gains from vendors as a result of a bride booking them. Consultants who take part in kickbacks end up costing the bride more in the end. 4. We have several packages to choose from! With our wide variety of packages, there is surely a way that Paperplay Productions can be a part of your big day. From just a strategy meeting to full planning, every budget can afford some help and guidance along the way. 5. Have confidence in your vendors! Have you ever attended a bridal expo or thumbed through a wedding magazine? With so many vendors around you, how will you know who is right for your wedding day? Paperplay Productions maintains strong relationships with some of the best wedding vendors in town AND in every price range. 6. Advice on etiquette. The rules of etiquette have changed since your mother got married and it’s important to know what has and has not changed. Here are a few examples: “ Is it okay to use a postcard for a response card? What should I do with those small registry cards the department stores give me? Who should be invited to the rehearsal dinner? What events required a mailed invitation?”. This list can go on and on so it’s good to have a resource that help guide through all the confusion! 7. Paperplay Productions is always available to you! This is not a part-time venture on our part so you can reach us anytime that is good for you. All calls and emails are returned within 24 hours so you can truly get the most for your money! 8. We have fun ideas! Trying to incorporate a fun and different element into your wedding day but can’t think of anything? Paperplay Productions can help! We stay on top of all the latest trends and are always on the lookout for something new and different. We also have a “Bride Book” for lending that offers over 500 pages of ideas from the last 5 years of wedding periodicals. 9. No surprises or unrealistic expectations. Paperplay Productions assists every bride in being realistic about budgets, timelines, site issues, etc. It is easy for a bride to not think of lack of lighting for her photographer when determining her ceremony start time. It is easy for a bride to not realize that most reception sites charge service fees in addition to their per person price. It is easy for a bride to not think about where guests will park and if there will be restrooms nearby to everything. These are all important elements to take into consideration for a successful event… and we can help! 10. Enjoy your big day! Why bother with all the planning and choices if you can’t enjoy the final result? Every bride should at least allow herself the service of “day-of” coordination so that she and her groom along with their families and bridal party can have the luxury of indulging in every special moment! Every past bride says, “The day just flew by!” and your’s will too… don’t let a moment of that day be stressful. |
