A la Carte Coordination (perfect for the bride who needs just a little help, here and there!)
	Strategy meeting.  This is a 2 hour meeting where the following will be accomplished:  To-do calendar, vendor referrals, tips and guidance.  This meeting will enable a bride to get a good start on her planning by going in a clear and time effective direction.  A summary of this meeting will be emailed to you for future reference.  $400 Venue research. This package consists of a coordinator taking all your relevant information such as preferred wedding dates, food/beverage/site budget, number of guests and the part of the valley you would like to book.  This information will be applied towards researching all ceremony/reception locations fitting your needs. Churches/temples cannot be included in this package.  This package includes up to 5 hours of coordination time and can include being present at site tours and for contract reviews. $400.  (Anything over 5 hours is $75 per hour) Budget planning meeting.  This is a 2 hour meeting where all the costs, small to large are taken into account and plugged into a suitable budget.  This budget will help the bride and groom set limits and prioritize the most important elements of their wedding day.  $250 Wedding design.  This package will help a bride and groom create and design their wedding day…. Guidance from selection of linens and centerpieces to creating a magnificent theme with your ceremony programs, menus and favors, this package helps make that possible.  This package also includes use of the “Bride Book” which is a collection of pictures, ideas and articles from 7 years of magazines combined into one gigantic book.  This package also includes research and suggestions on where to find all the elements to make your theme a reality as well as attendance to vendor meetings where the emphasis is on creativity.  Up to 10 hours of service, any way needed!  $800
