Day-of Coordination
	This is by far, our most popular package!  Day of the wedding coordination is a service EVERY bride needs.  At Paperplay, we understand that part of the fun of being a bride is planning your wedding.  Even if you don't need the services of a coordinator to plan your every detail or offer you advice, for the day your big event, you won't be able to take care of all the details yourself.  To get the most of your big day and take the time to enjoy it with your family and bridal party, you need someone else to make sure everything is in order.  This is where Paperplay can assist.  We take the time to consult with every bride on several occasions so that every important detail of the big day is covered.  We will make sure all vendors are on time and with the services you requested, we will make sure every table is set right, with every centerpiece in its place.  We will be on call for the entire bridal party for any last minute emergencies.  We will make sure the groom and his attendants have their tuxes and boutonnières on properly.  We will be following the timeline of events to take place so that you don't get behind schedule and most importantly, so you can enjoy every moment of the most important day of your life.  We are there to keep everything in line and to allow all your family and friends to enjoy this day without taking on these responsibilities themselves.  Most brides can't believe how quickly the day passes, so make sure yours will pass without a single problem in memory.
					This package includes:
		Starts 30 days prior to wedding. Initial bride/groom meeting (up to one hour). All vendors contacted, details sorted and confirmed. Extremely detailed timeline developed with bride/groom and vendors – this is mailed to all vendors and wedding party members. Ceremony/reception site visit (up to one hour on location). Direction of ceremony rehearsal including arranging line up and processional flow.  (up to one hour on site). Snack pack and emergency kit for wedding day On site for wedding day (10 hours max).  Duties for this day include:      Oversee and supervise event set up      Set up of assembled ceremony/reception items such as place cards, favors, programs, menus, etc.      Receiving vendors as they arrive      Facilitate processional order and timing      Schedule maintenance so you get the most out of your day      Placement of gifts/cards with the appointed family member's vehicle      Assistance with any last minute needs on wedding day
